Construction and materials

KFM.F is a one-piece filter consisting of a polypropylene outer body with a cartridge-type membrane element pressed into it with a filtering surface area from 0.07 to 0.4 m².

Standard KFM.F are manufactured with two types of connections: threaded conical 1/2" and sanitary flange type triclamp. Capsules are produced with hygienic openings for air release (1/4" outlet valve).

Sanitization and sterilization

Sterilization of Capsules is performed by autoclaving at temperature 121°С for 30 minutes after attainment of set-point temperature.

KFM.F Capsules are able to withstand at least 50 sterilization cycles by autoclaving at P = 0,1 MPa and t=121 ± 1°С . Note! It is prohibited to sterilize Capsule by steam-in-line.

KFM.F Capsules are compatible with wide variety of chemical substances.

Safety

Quality and safety

All membrane filter elements used for production of KFM.F Capsules are subjected to wash out from organic and mechanical impurities with high-purity water and to 100% integrity control.

KFM.F capsules are added to the Register of Medical Devices of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation.

The capsules are certified for use in Medical Industry and Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, they are authorized to use in Food industry. The production quality management system is certified (ISO 9001: 2008).
