EPV.P filter elements are made from the texturized wound bundle polypropylene fiber. The special technological approach combined with computerized equipment ensures thorough winding with increasing matrix density from the cartridge surface to the central channel. The lifetime of the cartridge is significantly increased because of uniform distribution of various size contamination particles retained in different layers of the filter as the liquid is moving through the cartridge.
Features and Advantages
- Multilayer structure provides increased contamination capability and lifetime.
- Low hydraulic resistance.
- High filtration rate and lifetime.
- Special filter construction precludes the ‘dusting’ possibility.
Main applications
- in medicine and biopharmaceuticals for preliminary treatment of process water before reverse-osmosis membrane systems, removal of particles from air and compressed gases;
- in food industry for preliminary filtration of process and potable water, drinks;
- in other industries for preliminary treatment from particles sized 1 μm or more.

EPV.P filter cartridges are produced in accordance with the regulatory technical documents on product quality and are certified for use in the filtration processes of biopharmaceutical solutions. All EPV.P filter cartridges are subjected to wash out from organic and mechanical impurities with high-purity water.
