Single seat filter holders in sanitary construction are intended for critical processes in pharmacy and food industry.
Filter holders of DS-1-D(-/-)M series in sanitary construction are specially designed for highly critical applications requiring high filtration level and structural durability.
Fully complete filter holders are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316L. They are single-seated for the cartridge of 250, 500, 750 mm height with D-structure with double radial sealing and bayonet fixture. Specially polished inner surfaces ensure effective sanitization and reducing of sorption of microparticles and bacteria.
Filter holders are fitted with an air drain tap, drain valves and a pressure gauge made of stainless steel.
Filter holders of DS type in sanitary construction have supporting legs welded in the bottom. They should be installed on the floor or a flat surface.
