Fully complete DS-M1 filter holders are made of corrosion-resistant AISI 316L (or AISI 304) stainless steel and are aimed for incorporating single filter element 125 or 250 mm height, with D-structure, double radial sealing and bayonet fixture.
Specially polished inner surfaces minimize adhesion of particles or microorganisms and their accumulation and increase sanitization effectiveness.
Filter holders can be used for filtration of nonflammable and non-aggressive liquids or gases.
Filter holders of this type are connected using Tri-clamp quick-release connector.
It is possible to use DS-M1 filter holder as an alternative to standard polypropylene
capsule filters which cannot be used because of temperature limits, for instance, during steam in line sterilization specified by filtration technology.
