Design

Standard membrane filter cartridges have generally accepted design. It is a cylinder with the diameter of 70 mm and the height from 100 to 1000 mm, the cylinder consists of a filter bag containing a pleated membrane in one or two layers located between two layers of non-woven polypropylene fabric. A filter bag sealed around the edges by heat sealing is placed between two perforated polypropylene bodies that provide mechanical and thermal strength and stability of the filter cartridge during operation.

The cartridge is sealed at the ends of the filter package with polypropylene melt. End parts are welded to the ends of the cartridge. Depending on the type of filter holder, the cartridges can be produced with different adapters. The adapter is equipped with two O-rings made of silicone or fluorine rubber for corrosive media.

  • Pleated membrane in one or two layers, located between two layers of non-woven polypropylene fabric. The membrane provides an effective filtration area.
  • The adapter provides tightness of installation of a filter cartridge in the holder.
  • The inner perforated body provides mechanical strength.
  • The outer perforated body protects against mechanical damage.
  • Disk plug or tail plug.
