Capsule- filters are produced with claw (sanitary flange), threaded (threaded conical) and union (connector for hose) connections that ensure reliable sealing of the capsule in the system, as well as their quick and easy replacement.
The capsules have a high-strength, temperature-resistant hermetic polypropylene body, which allows to withstand working pressure up to 0.6 MPa. The capsules are equipped with two auxiliary unions for quick supply and discharge of air from the body, as well as its emptying. For air, the connector is unified with the Staubli connector, for liquid - the connector for the hose with an internal diameter of 6-8 mm.
The products may be supplied with 12 or 30 mm diameter polypropylene mating nozzles or metal mating parts for hose or for welding.
KFM 60 mm high is produced with two connection types:
- Thread cone-shaped 1/2"
- Sanitary tri-clamp (quick-release clamp - 1 ½")
Capsules are produced with sanitary slots for venting (drain valve 1/4").
KFM Capsules with filter cartridge 125 mm, 250 mm, 500 mm, 750 mm и 1000 mm are produced with clamp connection type only.
All membrane filter cartridges are subjected to wash out from organic and mechanical impurities with high-purity water and to 100% integrity control before sealing them in a capsule body.
Capsules produced by Technofilter are added to the Register of Medical Devices of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation.
