The design department of NPP Technofilter has developed a new high-performance capsule filter with heights of 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mm.
A capsule filter is a ready-to-use filter which is sealed into a polypropylene housing. The design allows using capsules without filter housings from stainless steel.
Capsules are designed for quick and efficient filtration of liquids and gases. They are especially effective for critical applications when filtering of individual batches of a product is necessary (single use).
The capsule filter has a high-strength hermetic polypropylene case and is completed with various filtration materials with a wide range of pore sizes.
The capsules are reliable and safe to use, besides the fully polypropylene design of the capsule body eliminates the unwanted contact of particularly sensitive products with stainless steel.
The possibility of washing and subsequent autoclaving allows the reuse of a capsular filter until the full life of the entire filtration surface is reached.
Capsule type filters are available with a clamp (sanitary) connection, which ensures reliable sealing of the capsule in the system, as well as quick and easy replacement.
A series capsule filter - a height of filter cartridges is 60, 125, 250, 500, 750, 1000 mm.
